Customizable bar tents for a fully branded experience
All bar tents can be fully customized with your branding. Add full color prints, logos or custom RAL colored frame tubes to showcase your identity. Our structures are closable with optional sidewalls and connectable through gutters, allowing you to expand the serving zone or link multiple tents together for a unified guest experience. The result is a flexible, recognizable and functional bar environment that adapts to your concept.

Every Creative Structures pop up bar tent is engineered for fast and easy installation. Depending on the model, your bar environment can be ready in as little as 20 minutes for the smallest structure and up to 150 minutes for the largest. This saves valuable time during event build up and keeps your operations running smoothly. Most structures fit into one compact transport box, making logistics, storage and handling exceptionally efficient.
To complete your setup, our Bar Box offers a functional and stylish bar furniture solution that fits seamlessly inside our structures. It is modular, customizable and ideal for professional beverage service without compromising on aesthetics.
Frequently Asked Questions
What certifications do the tent structures have?
All our tent structures are TÜV certified and evaluated according to EN 13782 standards. The covers also have the California T19 M2/B1 certification.
Which materials are used for the structures?
The frame is made of aluminum tubes (Ø9/Ø7 cm, 6082T6 alloy), galvanized steel connectors, and stainless steel cables (316). This combination ensures a lightweight, strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant structure.
You can choose between Airtex White® or Ferrari Stam 6002®. Airtex White® is suitable for full print covers. If you prefer a painted logo, Ferrari Stam 6002® is ideal. The logos are hand-painted on this material.
What customization options are available?
You can fully customize your tent. Frame tubes are available in all RAL colors. Covers can be fully printed with your design or painted with your logo. Visit our configurator or contact sales@creativestructures.nl to explore the options.

What is the typical lead time for a tent structure?
Off-season (September–February): 6–8 weeks from payment (excluding shipping time).
Peak season (March–August): 8–10 weeks from payment (excluding shipping time).
