Unsere Zeltkonstruktionen sind mit Ausnahme des Loungers TÜV-zertifiziert und gemäß den Normen EN 13782 bewertet. Die Abdeckungen verfügen außerdem über die kalifornische T19- sowie die europäischen M2- und B1-Zertifizierungen.

Der Rahmen besteht aus Aluminiumrohren (Ø9/Ø7 cm, Legierung 6082T6), verzinkten Stahlverbindern und Edelstahlkabeln (316). Diese Kombination gewährleistet eine leichte, stabile, langlebige und korrosionsbeständige Konstruktion.

Sie können zwischen Airtex White® und Ferrari Stam 6002® wählen. Airtex White® eignet sich für vollständig bedruckte Bezüge. Wenn Sie ein aufgemaltes Logo bevorzugen, ist Ferrari Stam 6002® ideal. Die Logos werden auf dieses Material von Hand aufgemalt.

Sie können Ihr Zelt vollständig individuell gestalten. Die Rahmenrohre sind in allen RAL-Farben erhältlich. Die Bezüge können vollständig mit Ihrem Design bedruckt oder mit Ihrem Logo lackiert werden. Anchoring systems are available through Creative Structures. While ballast weights are not included, it’s crucial to understand that the necessary ballast weight per tent foot varies with wind speed. We provide tailored ballast recommendations for each tent structure type. Feel free to contact us for personalized advice.

All products are offered under Incoterm EXW (Ex Works). Shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

Yes, there may be additional costs depending on your project and location. All our products are offered under Incoterm EXW (Ex Works), which means shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In addition to shipping, certain components are not included in the base price, such as anchoring systems and product extensions like side walls or other customization features.

Yes, we offer limited warranties:

Structural Frame:

• 15-year limited warranty (covers corrosion under normal use and proper installation)
• Estimated lifespan: 25–50 years

Outer Cover (Ferrari Stam 6002®):

• 5-year limited warranty (covers waterproofing, flame retardancy, and defects)
• Estimated lifespan: 10–12 years
