Warranty

Creative Structures provides limited warranties on key components of the tent structure. These warranties are non-transferable and are valid from the date of delivery.

Our products are built to last and designed for normal, everyday use in outdoor settings. We offer a limited warranty on key components such as the aluminum structural frame and the PVC membrane. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal conditions.

Please note:

Damage resulting from extreme weather (higher than the specifications and conditions like earthquakes etc.), improper installation, misuse, or modifications to the product is not covered under this warranty. Outdoor products must be securely anchored at all times. Failure to properly secure your product may void the warranty. These products are not recommended for use in severe weather or as permanent outdoor structures.

If your product experiences a covered issue during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement part, a repair, or an equivalent alternative. Shipping and handling costs, as well as labor for removal or installation, are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us in writing within 30 days of noticing the issue. Warranty coverage is subject to proper installation and maintenance as outlined in the product manual.

• 15 Year Limited Warranty
• Covers structural failure due to corrosion under normal use and proper installation
• Estimated life: 25–50 years

Outer PVC Membrane (Flexlight Lodge 6002 by Serge Ferrari)
• 5 Year Limited Warranty
• Covers waterproofness, flame retardancy, and material defects
• Estimated life: 10–12 years
